The Sainte-Baume massif protects it from the Mediterranean winds: cool nights balance the hot, sunny days. The vines are therefore are not constantly under stress, and the freshness of the grapes is preserved. Organic Certified
We have imported limited amounts into market and would appreciate any support possible since we would have preferred to release these much earlier. Obviously with BC current situation they have been massively delayed.

This beautiful Provence Rosé comes with elegant aromas of pomelos nuanced by aromas of exotic fruits. On your Palate it has a quite intense freshness reminding of citrus zest with a delicious and light body. This Rosé pairs fantastic with Provençal tarts and omelettes, ratatouille or to a lamb with garlic and rosemary and baked sweet potatoes.

Château Favori lays on an altitude of 200 metres, in the heart of a forest in the Provence, shaped like a magnificent Amphitheater on precious groundwater that naturally hydrates the vines, even in case of prolonged drought. An ideal location for wine growing, attested for centuries, started by the Romans.
This fantastic Provence Rosé is the result of a meticulous selection and was harvested between 4 and 6 o’clock in the morning.
You can smell persuasive notes of spring flowers and delicate red fruits like strawberry, raspberry and cherry. In your mouth a frank and fresh attack, floral with elegant fruit flavors again and with some finely peppery tones. A Rosé with a beautiful structure, balanced with a long luxurious finish that makes you want to have another sip instantly. We put this fantastic Rosé in our Club Lavender Top 5 Rosé List for 2021!!!
